Terms and Conditions

Equipment and Installation: Payment will be received in full for the purchase of all appliances and equipment prior to installation. Pre-payment or down payment may be required for special order appliances or equipment. Deliveries and Service: Payment for all other charges including fuel deliveries, labor, service fees, etc. will be received at the time of service or delivery. Full payments must be made within 28 days of the date of service or delivery unless payment arrangements have been made. Account balances must be paid in full before additional deliveries will be made. Delinquent Payment: A finance charge will be assessed on any balance not paid within 28 days of the service or delivery date. The finance charge will be calculated based upon an interest rate or 1.5% per month or the minimum amount permitted by law. Collections: The Customer agrees to pay any attorney’s fee and cost related to collection of past due amounts on the account established herein including collection agency fees. The Company reserves the right to terminate this contract by giving the customer 10 days of notice. Other Terms: Customer must own the property at the listed service address. Only the customer may receive deliveries or service on credit. Other residents at the property, including renters, are required to prepay for all fuel deliveries and service.
